FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE PROMOTER
   1. The Promoter is SIG TRADING LIMITED (trading as SIG Roofing), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 01451007 whose registered office is at Adsetts House, 16 Europa View, Sheffield Business Park, Sheffield, United Kingdom, S9 1XH
   2. This promotion is run in conjunction with Emc3 Reality Limited (“EMC3”) a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08491174 whose registered office is Lombard House, Cross Keys, Lichfield, WS13 6DN. 
2. ELIGIBILITY

   The promotion is open to legal residents of the GB (England, Wales and Scotland) aged 18 years or over only, except:

   1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
   2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are      professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
   3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3. THE PROMOTION
   1. The title of the promotion is Countdown to Christmas
      
   2. The promotional period will open 00:01 on 01/12/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 17:00 on 19/12/2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
   3. To enter, make a purchase in a participating SIG Roofing branch or enter via the free entry route to receive a unique single use game token. Scan the QR code and open the days calendar door to find out instantly if you are a winner. Receipt must be retained as proof of purchase.
   4. Maximum of one play per person per day.
   5. Entrants can enter the Promotion by making a purchase as set out above or by using the Free Entry Route detailed below. 

      FREE ENTRY ROUTE (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
      During the Promotional Period, entrants may also enter the Promotion for free as follows:
      (a) Send an email to support@emc3.co.uk with the subject line “SIG Roofing Advent – Free Entry Request”.
      (b) Include full name and confirmation of GB residency and age 18+.
      (c) EMC3 will email back a unique single-use URL to access the daily game.
      (d) Maximum of one free entry per person per day.
      (e) Free entry URLs are single-use and must be used on the day issued.
      (f) All other Promotion terms apply equally to free entries.

   6. The Promotion will end early if game tokens run out, as each branch only has a set amount (1000) per kit.
   7. The promotion will run weekdays only, in line with each branches opening hours.

   13. This is a dynamic prize pot and whilst the overall prizes will not be less than the total stated, more prizes maybe added at any time
   14. The physical prize is supplied by the Promotor and distributed by the branch, the digital prize is distributed by EMC3 Reality Limited.
   15. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
   16. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION, PRIZE REDEMPTION & COLLECTION
   1. To enter the Promotion, individuals must:
      1. (a) must make a purchase or use the free entry route
      2. (b) scan the QR code on the game token
      3. (c) accept the relevant Cookies Policy and terms and conditions;
      4. (d) complete the data capture form – Full Name, Email Address and Phone Number
      5. (e) confirm their location
      6. (f) open the calendar door to see if they have won a Prize.
   2. For the physical prizes the winners will need to show their phone screen to a member of the branch team to redeem the Prize on the game screen. Prizes are collected directly at the branch.
   3. For the digital vouchers (NEO Currency), the vouchers will be delivered digitally to the winner to the email address given on the data capture form.
   4. For the £1000 prize the winners must also provide evidence face to face (via online meeting) to confirm their identify (eg driving license/passport). This will be arranged between EMC3 and the winner via the email address supplied on the claim form.
   5. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
   6. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7. DATA PROTECTION:
   1. EMC3 Reality Ltd (“EMC3”) will collect and process entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion (including without limitation the data which is requested for prize fulfilment purposes) and will share this personal information with The Promoter. 
   2. EMC3 will process personal data strictly in accordance with all applicable data protection laws during the performance of its services in relation to this Promotion. Personal data will be controlled and processed in accordance with the SIG Roofing privacy policy available at https://www.sigroofing.co.uk/privacy-policy
   3. In accordance with the current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

   Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. GENERAL:
   • By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
   • Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
   • If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
   •  The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
     
     
   • The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
   • Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.
   • The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
   • The terms and conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
